Default Mobs Casting Kunark/Velious Spells
I'll try to keep an updated list of spells that shouldn't be in effect yet that are cast by mobs.

Kithicor:
a decaying commander - casts Torbas' Acid Blast (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/s...tml?spell=1415) Velious NEC spell
