Default Lake of Ill Omen Skeleton loot table off
I'm pretty sure the skeletons in LoIO around level 20 are dropping the Brittle Iksar Skull and Cracked Femur much too often (femur almost every single mob; Skull every second). I don't remember them being that common on live.
