no sir -- the 150pp baton of faith likely murders the ghoulbane by 33 much less the granite face grinder. I wish I could provide numbers but I didn't log everything back when I first started here lol -- but as pointed out by both Tecmos and Flyboy there really is no comparison between the two for dps as a pally. The only question is exactly when the ghoulbane (which procs at 20) falls below the BoF in output. My guess is very quickly!
My first character here was a crappily geared paladin who was wearing bronze until he started replacing it with planar. I had managed to save up enough for a ghoulbane by making a blue for red platinum trade for a few hundred red plat (netting me about 800pp I felt rich!!!) and got the ghoulbane at 20. I will say the ghoulbane at that level was ridiculous, but based on advice I had gotten on these boards I thought it would be a solid weapon for a long time. Then one night (I think high 20's maybe very low 30s) I was in a group with another paladin who had a baton of faith and he was murdering me in DPS with my ghoulbane, vs undead lol. Next day with a trip to EC and 200ppish from selling unrest bronze drops I had my baton of faith and never looked back. Ended up giving the ghoulbane away to a guildie for his epic turn in lol (Yur welcome Onshuu :P)
As to the OP -- one, buy a baton of faith, or a GFG if u have the money. Two -- stop using that soulfire its literally garbage as a weapon beyond the charges of CH. You use soulfire to play dress-up in ec not hit things with. Three, one fairly good duo you can do is with an enchanter. With my totally untwinked pally I managed to do a good portion of lvls 30-52 duoing with a friend who was an enchanter for pretty fast exp. It was a fun combo, could do some neat things -- probably slows the enchanter down vs duoing with like a shaman or cleric but still pretty solid. Once you hit 45 and you can helmetheal all sorts of fun things open themselves up. I will say the key to this duo is the chanter charming something that can backstab. Pre 50 anytime the chanter can manage that things will just melt under the chanter's pets while you keep the mob turned properly and the chanter alive, lol.
Hope this is of assistance.
