I've been an admin on many an online game, of varying types. You can't limpwrist it in like this staff does or you get the problems this server has; cheaters, rule lawyering faggots, and rampant staff corruption.
Uthgaard is the only one that ever did things right, with minor faults here and there that pale in comparison to the Amelinda's, Borts, et al we've had.
