I probably won't get involved here but...
Sirken is this applicable to past crimes? Appears that it was considered "legal" and that your account is your own problem at the time Retti stripped.
Then... I'm not sure how much later (like I said don't think I'm going to take this case on, just looking for a ruling) the rule becomes enforced that a strip equals a ban. So if Retti is punished for a past crime, will you be enforcing this rule on account strippings that took place on red in the last year?
Just looking for a clear ruling. Thx.
