Problem with free leagues is people just don't care. That leads to a bunch of problems. Guys don't set lineups, only a couple people pay attention to the waiver wire. I don't really care what the fee would be, but there needs to be something to keep people interested. Throw together a toilet bowl where the winner gets his entry fee back and keep people's attention.

Oh im sure it would benefit the organization of something like this, but I'm pretty sure the staff here will tell you that it's against the rules.
