The (kunark) CT skin was so rare on live, every wizard would have probably given up on getting it here if it was like that :P.

I remember hearing about this but I don't know of any first-hand reports - IIRC it cockblocked almost every Wizard on every server except a handful that were able to complete it (it was of course one of the last epics to get completed by any reasonable number of people) because the Cazic Skin was something like 1/32 or 1/56?
