Nah, IB started dying when the merger happened. IB lost Glitch when Failwind came in, as well as a few other people. The whole feel of the guild got a lot more whiny, soft-skinned Euro-fag from a bunch of clueless asshats who couldn't even play their class properly. Fucking Enchanters charming pets that weren't Malo'd that would just rape them and the next 3 people in line, Monks that had no clue how to pull (Kawaii is still the worst Monk to play on P99, even if Perun was caught cheating), and their Shamans would constantly be afk.
My app to IB wasn't failed, the fagtard Euros in TR were just too whiny to deal with someone who called them out on their fucktardery where no one else would. Everyone who was a part of IB before the merger knew I pulled my damn weight and then some.

I had to constantly tell Acarer how to play his enchanter, because he was fucking awful.
