Let's modify the situation to something less emotionally invoking and see if your stance remains unchanged.
Girl gets wasted while barhopping downtown and walks by a hustler running a
shells scam which she'd usually avoid but while having her judgement impaired she decides to play and play and play and loses all of her money. By your logic, she's 0% at fault/liable for her loss?
