a drunk driver is criminally negligent and thus liable for the consequences of their negligence
a drunk girl that passes out in a room of friends is not negligent and is not liable for harm that comes to her beyond the natural consequences of drunkenness and/or sleep
there is no reasonable expectation that drunkenness would result in rape, especially not at 16
you're blaming the victim for something that fell well beyond the scope of reasonable consequences of her actions. see: "she was asking for it"
