Situation one: Person gets piss ass drunk and drives their car, crashes into a ravine, nobody hurt but the driver who gets killed. Poor driver, we feel bad for them, it's a 'tragedy'. You wish they hadn't died during this unfortunate situation.

Situation two: Person gets piss ass drunk and drives their car, crashes into a pile of children crossing the road killing a bunch of them, followed by a wall, killing themselves on impact.
