The Feb. 21, 2001 patch message says "Cassindra`s Chant of Clarity".

This spell/song entry lists spell 1528 as "Cassindra's Chant of Thought" and is from Feb 28, 2001. Your entry is from May 31, 2001 and also links to spell/song entry 1528. Now I would wager that Castersrealm is more accurate information than The Concert Hall.

EQDiva changes the song name from "Cassindra's Chant of Thought" to "Cassindra's Chant of Clarity" between March 3 (see ref.1) (from "Thought") and March 31 (see ref.2) (to "Clarity").

Its possible the name changed, but more likely an initial, erroneous name was spread across the internet like wildfire and then the correct name was edited back in place as people independently confirmed the information.

Both websites posting patch notes for Feb 21, 2001 list it as "Cassindra's Chant of Clarity":
