Interesting, people are calling it by both names all over the place.

The Feb. 21, 2001 patch message says "Cassindra`s Chant of Clarity".

Also the song listing for bards identifies it as "Chant of Clarity" rather than "thought". http://web.archive.org/web/200105300...asp?Class=Bard
