They ban certain people.
Others, however, seem to be above the law.
I'd say its because of lack of transparency for 3rd party but I've seen other shit that CLEARLY warrants a ban for the sake of the community go untouched.
Overall, blue is in good shape if you can stick out the hours and raid.
Otherwise, I think grouping in seb is more fun that raiding... unless the only fun thing for you is "items".
