I'm returning after 11 years away. I loaded P99 for the first time today, and I was pretty close to tears as I ran through Neriak, so many memories came flooding back

I've been searching the forums, but can't seem to find any sort of Necro gear guide. I remember some of the gear I had back then -
Flowing Black Robe / Shiny Metallic Robe, Harvester, Stein of Mogguk / Glowing Black Stone, etc... are these easy or hard to get? Is there better gear I should save for?
Any insight into the way I should gear up and approx pricing is appreciated. I'm only lvl 2, so I'll likely be buying some of this stuff before I can hunt / quest for anything.
