This spell dropped off the Frenzied Velium Broodling in Velketor's Labyrintyh. The broodling is approximately lvl 53, and he is a random spawn. The spell was a rare drop i believe, because that was the first time i saw him drop a spell. The Broodling is located at the Lower Frenzy camp in velks

DROPS OFF SHARDWYRMS IN GD

Got this as a drop off of a Shardwyrm in Great Divide, can't remember what type. Very good against MOBs with High Cold resist, Blizzard Blast was being resisted by the Frost Giants alot and was only rarely doing max damage even with debuff. Blast of Posion almost always did max damage and resists were rare maybe 1 in 10. Very good spell to have! Lizden Iksar Shaman 46th Scale
