people that respond to "/shout camp check" do so merely to be courteous. calling a camp does not make it yours, and not calling a camp doesnt make it open.
for a camp to be yours you must be at the camp. if a person left Dhampyre to check on Lasna, then THEY LEFT the first camp, to go to another camp.
