Bonus Group XP would be amazing. Would be seriously fucking amazing to WANT to group instead of just tolerating it.
Make it so Hybrid xp isn't shared so I don't cringe when a troll or Ogre join group.
Encourage grouping instead of penalizing.
Would help server thrive.
