btw, "interfering with the business operations" only applies if you make the company lose a buncha money ie, you order a bunch of product and back out of it because you never intended on buying it.
You would have more luck if whoever called was really rude to everyone there and threatened or cursed at them and caused distress.
If the guy or girl just called you 3 or 4 times, was polite, and shot the breeze with you while you were working at a corporation there isn't much the police can do. If you call them hundreds of times they could tell you to stop calling and grant you a restraining order barring you from contact but that is about it.
