It is quite obvious people are intimidated with the Wiki. I updated what I found in the thread for my home server. All of them posting in that thread were not added to the Wiki.
So the question is, how valuable is the information? Because if it does have a value, shutting down this thread is not the answer.
I personally like to read who is/has been here from my server but 99% of the time I either don't remember them or never knew them in the first place.
