Just to make ya'll feel better. I had this same issue on live, but not here on p99.
Solution was in graphics settings for me. There is some 'odd' new setting from Titanium that TT doesn't like. Just keep disabling stuff till you have stick figures and flashing lights and once you get it gone, leave off the fancy stuff and you should be safe with the basic settings. Also lowering your clip plane can have a big impact.
