Definitely a tank shortage, however...everyone is feared out of playing a SK or paladin because of the fear they won't get groups, which isn't the case at all.
The tank shortage while levelling makes you almost guaranteed to get a group to stop chain classes from having to do it. Embrace your hybrid tanks
