Small update and change.
need some input or insight from you all. The whip of strangulation does proc quite a bit, BUT once it proc the first time new proc only apply the initial dot dam and do not refresh the dot.
example from my data set 3 proc's on single mob
early in fight whip of strangulation proc's doing 22 Points of damage that is part choke initial cast damage. then every tick 15pts of damage till choke duration runs out.
a few swing later whip of strangulation proc's again doing 22 points of damage but does not renew dot.
toward end of this mob dot from initial proc had ended whip of strangulation proc's again and apply 22 dam and then proceeds to do 2 ticks of dot damage (15 per tick) mob dies.

whip proc 2 to 3 times or Glaive of marltek proc snare twice ?
