Now this is an interesting post. I was in the Royals group that day, very briefly, when Guccy was the leader. I bowed out, politely, without a negative word to anyone and with a replacement.
What I didn't say was that I was tired of the whiny enchanter who stood there afk the entire time, charmed the tank's target more often than he mezzed, and had to be asked multiple times for buffs, since he wasn't paying attention at all.
I've a simple suggestion.

Don't be so quick to call someone else out for their fail, because others may have been biting their lip about yours
