I wasn't just talking about bindrushing. Pestering raids is very griefy, and instead of doing that extra hard thanks to the xp loss change I think it would be more productive for the raiding guilds to work together to come up with a set of rules that would benefit everyone.

The raiding guilds will never come up with anything together. Nihilum doesn't want a thriving server, they want to farm all the content without contention from anyone.
Which is why when we brought even numbers (+10 people below level 52), their response is mass recruitment on blue plus luring people by offering them loot rotting in their guild bank that they would otherwise sell for runed mithril tunics.
