As for the staff and the fact that the game is free and they don't owe us anything? Sure you may be right on that account that they in fact don't owe us anything. However what is the hurt in announcing downtime in advance?
Nihilum actually has inside info (Arzak) on the scheduled downtime whereas the rest of the box does not. Whether its 2-10 hours you guys have that edge and can batphone well in advance of us.
