I think you might be confusing a server reset and a service reset.

I think when the problems happened just 2 weeks prior the service/application running on the server was reset. This however was a server reset.

I will say I don't know what windows server they are running on. I run 2003 and 2008 windows servers primarily and we don't reboot for 6-12 months at a time unless some hardware failure happens. However I have no idea what grade hardware the server is running and that would play a large part of when reboots would be required.

Anyway, I think this tin foil hat theory is going a little far considering that red and blue were both reset.
Nope, I'm nearly positive that I am not incorrect that they were in fact both server resets.

If, in fact, the first one was a service reset however, then the reset 2 weeks later was still not necessary in order to prevent a crash later on or whatever the reason...since there was a previous reset not much earlier.

The server reset was performed without proper prior notice, while the rebel alliance had strangled every mob away from the handicapped members of Nihilum, and put nicely into a time frame that everyone knows we've never been able to contest Nihilum during because of what time core Azrael members get home.

I for one do not get home during the week until ~9PM EST (west coast), Andis is similar, and Lite doesn't get on until usually an hour sometimes 2 before that. Kringe doesn't get finished with his work (though he farms golem wands while at work) until after 9PM.

Having so nicely painted this picture for you, are you now able to see what a load of bs these server resets are for us every time? It takes a week of hard fought grief infested pvp just to push these fights 1-2 hours back to where we can actually contest in guild v guild pvp with proper class balance/leadership.

But with this continually happening immediately after we gain the upper hand, why should we continue to bother?
