and no, i didnt implicate the "gov." i dont even know what you mean by big bad gov, i dont believe in that either. you got a lot of different organizations and a lot of players youre talkin about there. i wouldnt be so ignorant to say the gov did it, because the gov is comprised of more than a million people.
