As someone who didn't see the hype over Minecraft I'm not sold on this either... had a look at some gameplay, but meh.
I always figure that nobody will give a flying one about what other worlds are doing...if I wanted to build a universe to enjoy myself in I'd rather develop an EQ emu server, build some custom content (always been quite creative that way) and learn about the programming that comes with it
