Easier/double exp means more high level chars to train and set off DT cycle.
As for exp loss in pvp, Azrael is the (self proclaimed) number 1 pvp guild on the server, surely you don't worry about exp loss in pvp, it should only be us Nihilum that are worried bout losing exp!

or you can just get a rogue to drag the 20 pve corpses to the entrance and stick them in 25 minutes and lose about the equivalent of 3 pvp deaths tops.
