Been an extremely long time, but I remember pretty much exclusively fear kiting animals on my halfling druid for the longest time when I was soloing. Once you hit level 14 though you should be charming while soloing. Supremacy is a pretty solid leveling guild out there at the moment and whenever I login there are at least a few groups going on. Mostly in EC/CB/Unrest however.
