Does that mean that a guild entering fear needs to clear the portal in ? If it doesn't than you are out of your fucking mind assuming that any guild is going to be able to contest the zone when the first guild runs to the north wall and leaves everything up. You're basically telling the opposing guild that if they want to contest fear they will have to clear their way in, while the occupying guild has the freedom to engage them in pvp while they are forced to clear mobs.
edit: nm i think you said this isn't the case in your post already but it isn't clear enough. I'm kind of curious why this needs to ve revisited so suddenly though.
second edit: These rulings seem to have a negative impact only to the tactics being used by azrael, and seem to HEAVILY favor nihilum. Please clarify if your intent is for any guild entering fear to be forced to clear the portal area.
