You have a couple of issues none of which home surgery are going to remedy. First sounds like your teeth are broken down to the jawbone/below the gum line and you aren't going to just yank them out at this point they need to be cut out. Second the pain you are going through is from infection most likely and so once you get that under control (emergency room trip will get you antibiotics) then the pain will go away.

People used to die all the time from tooth ailments it is not something you want to screw around with. I know someone whose tooth abscessed and long story short the infection/clot traveled was lodge in his heart and ate away one of his heart valves if I have the story correct. He now has an artificial heart valve or some such.

Have you looked for any other dental schools in a different city there in Louisiana? You may have to travel to get this taken care of free/cheap. I have heard of people going to jail to get dental work done but that is pretty extreme. You might could look to other charities or churches for help.
