don't know the details of when/how he left, but it does seem the item wasn't requested back for almost a month after you guys knew he had left. i can't speak for him, but like i mentioned it seems he was under the impression the eye was his. there is conflicting information from bda leadership. I don't know who is right and who is wrong but people are calling visceral a thief when in fact he stole nothing.

I personally have not mentioned Visceral in any of my posts and will continue to not be concerened with him.
The item was requested back less than a month after he left...or attempts to communicate that request were made. When you are being ignored via fake AFK's etc, being dodged, it's easy to say you "didn't hear from someone" until it was too late.
I don't see any conflicting information coming from BDA's leadership either.
Slydexx felt he was entitled to keep the Eye because of his contributions to BDA. BDA asked Slydexx to hold a guild-banked item and put it to use, because that's what you trust your officers to do for you in a guild. Slydexx knew full well that BDA didn't award an Eye to him as a raid loot/spoil for his toon.
I'll call bullshit on him explaining this in any other fashion...
