You're clearly retarded. I'll reword what I said: Where's the public address from Sloan, Shinko, Goodies, Talenos, and Hurley on the matter? Granted, I would expect extreme sarcasm from Hurley and a milder form from Shinko. I expect that, much like BDA expected Slydexx to be an honest person and hand over what was clearly stated as guild bank.
It's not a matter of poor handling. There was a lot of trust placed in Slydexx. He went out of his way to leave and not find any of us to hand it back. Even Ray Charles could see there was zero intent on giving it back. So, even asking for it would've just meant that he'd have started ignoring even earlier than he did.
Also, Sly's story doesn't match up because he's a lying, thieving piece of shit. Shinko even held onto and MQ'd a hand of Maestro that he picked up for guild bank with us once he was in FE.
All other points aside, the issue that anyone sees with this boils down as such: Slydexx took with him a banked item, didn't respond to us, used it to get FE an epic, and now FE sees BDA as in the wrong because we want our eye back. Hand an eye over and you're out nothing. It just blows my mind that people who likely would have a problem with stealing from their housemates have gone out of the way to justify not paying restitution for a theft.
