When you don't ascribe ownership to items and instead give ownership to a conceptual entity such as a guild you run into issues like this. Look at what happened to other guild banks when guilds have quit the server. How many IB members do you think got their fair share of the IB guild bank? I'm not defending what Slydexx did, but I do think it is ridiculous how some of you are shitting on him for taking an item that he and many current FE members likely partook in attaining, especially considering you have two more of them sitting in bank and haven't even attempted to kill CT in months.
All I'm saying is this isn't a black and white theft if you think about the ambiguous nature of guilds as a whole owning items.

@Max He did deserve the loot Jarn mentions, BDA is not disputing that. But the eye was never his, it was never awarded to him on a permanent basis. Yet his lone decision makes it permanent.
