There's a lot of strength on the gear you'll be wearing as a warrior, starting with an ogres already high base buffing should easily have you over the cap. On the other hand dex contributes to how often your weapons proc, and weapon procs are a large part of your aggro generation. You won't see as much dex as str on warrior gear and Ogres start in the hole already, bump your Dex.
