I was exaggerating with the word poison to better express my point, but it can't be far off when we're talking about fast food. The diet is called paleo and it's based around the study of what humans evolved to eat (as hunter/gatherers). It makes a lot of sense if you're not one that disbelieves the theory of evolution.
Occasional drug use can most certainly be detrimental to one's health, and this is a big part of the reason I'm so careful about what I eat. The body can repair itself, and mine repairs itself better than most. I'm also sure to take in a good amount of sun, get exercise and take nootropics. Sometimes I supplement with more vitamin D, and I always take biotin for my skin, hair and nails. Daily retinal will help to slow down the gross again process in the future, as well.
I don't think you, or most people, truly understand just how important diet is. You can't eat like shit and expect all of that to be undone by exercise.

Lol, eat like shit? You keep making all these fantastic claims based on the fact that I said I eat fast food once a while. I have it maybe once every 2 weeks. My diet is called moderation. Yeah you shouldn't eat fast food everyday, but having it once in a while is . And there's absolutely nothing wrong with complex carbs, especially in moderation.
I'm quite familiar with fad Paleo/Keto diets, they're just a repackaging of the exact same Atkins bullshit. You are on both the vegan and Atkins diet and do drugs regularly. It's pretty clear who is the unhealthy one here.
