IMO, GM's need to speak up.
-I know being up top is OK, in so far as to avoid trains while you prep (even though that barely works)
-I know pulling dragons up there has been done to gank the other raid force (even though there is no GM ruling on this)
-I know TMO used to kill dragons up there to avoid trains/mem blurs and we were told to stop it via a GM.
Not saying it makes a lick of sense, it just is what it is until a GM changes said rules. You cannot deny the fact that if TMO did this last night, FE would be frothing at the mouth, making 3 new RnF posts, quoting the GM rules like we did and lobbying for a TMO raid suss.
