Zones will desync, but I have never had it happen at 6am east when there is no one on the server. There has been desync during a raid encounters time and time again... just not when 1 group of FE and 2 tmo are sitting there.
He can cry lag, but why is he pulling if his crew is dead, was he lagged out for half an hour? Makes no sense, the claim holds no grounds. "Sorry officer I didn't know I couldn't do that" yup.

Was he pulling it looks like he might have had aggro he didnt know he had(since the juggs were reset) he stoodup and couldnt/didnt see over a hill.
Also, because something doesnt make sense to you, it doesn't mean the claim doesnt hold ground.
Why was he pulling... maybe he was pulling... corpses?
Your claim holds no grounds. You see one option and assume that is the only once because it fits your bias.
