Do you think there is a point where the Big players on the sever the major guilds should or could be held accountable for the actions of guild members? It just seems to me that when guilds go out of there way to hold others accountable for there actions people are less likely to cheat as it is not accepted and hard to hide. where if you have en entire guild or community of cheaters they will thrive.

Adding to that what are some ways one could encourage guild to be there own watch dogs for good ..?? Raid opportunity rewards? Just thinking out loud here
