If we don't get people to come to red from outside project 1999 I at least think we could steal some from blue. There are a lot of people fed up with how things are on Blue and will eventually be pushed to wanting to PK bitches. I think a couple rule changes could help people come here sooner.
It would actually be good for both servers. Blue is too overcrowded.
