Shit's classic. I actually remember putting in a petition because I was running slower than normal run speed and getting wrecked by the spiders between FV outpost and LOIO back when my Live character was in the teens. That's when I found out that run-speed was tied to FPS, and I had a shitty computer and shittier dial-up. Even on the Titanium client here on P99, run-speed is tied to FPS. Every AoEing bard knows this very well.
