Its really not the XP rate that makes this server rough. Its the lack of people to play with. However The Xp rate being in its current state, I can see why not many play here lol.
When I made a toon here, during the kunark release, and an xp boost, the sole reason was the Xp. Not getting pooped on in pvp. Came back hoping to be able to grind to 50 anyway but its rough starting out here.
