Leveling up is already too easy and the experience bonus only attracts sub-par players. We play on P99 for the challenge of leveling in classic era, not for levels/kills to be handed to us. If I wanted easy leveling, I'd play WoW or Live EQ.
Remove the exp bonus completely. Remove the variance between pve and pvp experience loss on death. I'd also love to see the cast time on gate increased by 100% or the mana cost raised from 80 or whatever to 500+.
