They said it was a bonus implemented before, which was higher then intended. What is "supposed" to be defined by? What was wrong with the 75%? It was left in for months and didnt do anything bad to the server, infact theres many people who think it helped the server grow as many have stated the population was on the rise.
Then.........
A decision was made to revert back to months ago exp rate.
Where is the motivation to do it?
You might speculate whatever you want but no staff member has come out and said:
"Hey, we lowered the exp rate because ____________."
a) people were xping too fast
b) our servers cant handle more people donate more
c) we thought it would help the population
d) we make the rules and if you dont fuck off
Even hearing option d would let people know where they stand on the issue. We just dont know.
There have been at least 50 posts on countless threads talking about raising the xp rate back and this and that and the question of why it was even lowered has never been fully explained.
Edit:
I had two random people msg me yesterday about if the xp rate was back yet on level 1 characters. I hear people in groups talk about their friends quit playing because of xp rate drop. I know people who quit and said they wont come back until the xp rate is like it used to be. 50% of posts on this board in the last month have been somewhat related to the exp rate. You see people suggesting it everywhere.
