Are bards allowed to be buffed, or are they considered a special exemption to the melee rule?
I'd be really interested in seeing what a bard with Howling Cutlass/Harmonic Dagger would be able to do. Pretty sure most of the mobs on this list (outside of the FGs?) are stunnable. Granted I'm not sure if on this server the Bard breastplate is the 100-150 point heal it is on live, and what the recast on it is.
