Ecce says he doesn't care, but yet takes the time to type 500+ words in a response to someone who he claims is on ignore. I'm guessing his efforts are in an attempt to dishearten Visc by saying that "the whole server" thinks Visc is a joke, but it looks more like projection to me. Ecce, I know you are trying to lay your side down for "the whole server"(because the whole server reads R&F lol) but it comes off as a butthurt emotion fed, knee-jerk response of the highest order, effectively validating everything Visc is saying. If you truly didn't care, you wouldn't respond. Now I am well aware that in not responding you open yourself up to a whole slew of other accusations, but believe me, if you starve the fire, it will die. Just my $.02.

I'm sure to the people living in N.Korea, America is a big running joke. But does that make us scared of N.Korea? No, it makes us feel sad for the people of N.Korea. The vast majority of people on this server aren't in TMO(shocking I know) and to us(the R&F readers at least), you(and to some extent your guild) come off sounding really bad when you respond like this.
TL;DR - If you want to come off sounding like the bigger man, drop the ad hominem, it only serves to weaken your arguments; ultimately not responding is your best option. If you/tmo truly are the best, let others say it about you, instead of you beating your chest and yelling it at everyone else. Anything less makes you look like an arrogant twat. Unless that is your intent, in which case, carry on you are doing a bang up job.
