It's also fairly easy to save up like 500 plat or get lucky and buy a cheaper Ghoulbane which allows Pallys to solo a lot of his early career (20-35ish) fairly easily.
There is no item that makes a warriors life that easy because he has no spell utility or ways to sustain his HP's.
Rogue's might be harder to solo though, but I have never done the SBD/intimidate thing so I can be off base here.
