AoE kiting does not work well until level 18. The range of the level 2 AoE dot is super small. You can try AoE kiting prior to level 18, but I guarantee you will get hit a bunch by mobs.
Low hp aggro kiting doesn't exactly work until like level 30 because low level mobs don't respond with aggro the same way high level mobs do.

It's not too terrible I did it on my bard, all he'll need to do in the end is hold aggro with my wizzy doing damage. I got a 55+ cleric, not worried about him taking damage.
